I always love being with this group. I have watched this sweet family grow, the Hanner kids grow up, get married, children of their own. Sidney’s husband surprised her with a gift certificate to freshen up her headshots. Literally, the best gift EVAH! Sidney and I spent time in my studio along with outside on Sunday. The Esaklul Family!! Fall 2021
In the midst of a busy season the Esaklul family took time to take family pictures. I am so grateful to have spent time with them. Time flies so quickly, pictures of our kids at all their stages are so important. This family is amazing!!! I just love this time of year for pictures, the shades of color are breathtaking.

These people I hold so close to my heart. I have so enjoyed watching their family grow through the years. The kids are so fun and full of personality, super smart, and amazingly kind. I would also like to add that Graham, the youngest, finds me absolutely hilarious.

Connor - Class of 2022 #WHS
This time of year taking pictures is such a treat!! The colors and temperatures are perfect. I had a blast with Connor and loved photographing him in town then out at the State Park. So grateful for our Seniors, for the future of our world!! So much greatness!

Melissa - Actor Headshots
Melissa is always just the best to photograph. She is the ultimate professional actor and I always feel like I learn so much about the world of Independent Films and the needs of the actors in the field. The latest need for actors are “Slate Shots,” which gives the agents a quick portion of voice. I am always glad to include Slate Shots for all my headshot clients. The Slate Shot below is unedited, but I wanted you to see what they are! Headshots are a collaboration, I love every moment of ebbs and flows. We knew that we were using a simple white/gray background for Melissa, but she was generous to let me get a couple of shots of her in front of some backdrops I had just received for some projects I have coming up.
Lexie - Street Photography
I am offering a “street photography” session now, it’s a lot of fun! They are a little bit less than a typical shoot, they last about 30 minutes, and we stay in one location, but that location has lots of fun little areas which have different looks. Beckett - 6 Months Old
I just was in my happy place photographing this little cutie. He is 6 months old and the happiest little guy. His mom and dad have a theater room and thought the aviator glasses would be a great touch to include in the decor. Enjoy this little ball of sunshine.

Amanda and Opera
I was so blessed to photograph Amanda, a local artist and professor, who is an Opera singer and amazing individual. Opera images have a sense of drama to them like very few other genre’s. When I was doing my research before the shoot I knew that I was going to be in for a treat for this shoot. Opera images are like little movies happening in stills. I just enjoyed this shoot so much. Amanda takes my breath away and one day my dream of hearing her sing will come true!!
Richard, or is it Jaime, or is it the Beast?
I have seen Richard act over the years as a theatre major at ACU. One of the last roles I have seen him in is the Beast in Beauty and the Beast, that will all change this Friday when I sit on Row M to watch him as Jaime in the Last 5 Years at the Historical Paramount Theatre here in Abilene. Abilene is so lucky to have Richard spend some time hear for a couple of weeks to participate in this 2 person show. His voice is epic and stage presence strong.
