Ivy is Graduating #Classof2022 #Arizona

Ivy is such a delight. She has so much fun style and is such a beauty. We did her shoot in Old Town Scottsdale, and I went ahead and vibed in with some vintage edits for the blog post. I love the backgrounds, the vintage look, and her epic style. Ivy, you will keep shining when you head to NAU in the Fall. Such a pleasure to spend time with you.

The McLeod's

I had the best time photographing these two out on their family’s land. It was a morning shoot, lots of sun, lots of smiles and such a beautiful couple. Enjoy a Black and White Gallery of a couple of my favorites.

Sisters, sisters. Ballerinas, ballerinas.

I was so glad to meet Jenna and her kiddo’s this weekend. I am always thrilled when I get to photograph dancers in their costumes. I am always amazed that more people don’t schedule photoshoots during this time while they have the costumes. Those are some of my most favorite pictures of my daughter, in movement, doing what she loved, in a fun costume. I thoroughly had a blast with this crew. It had been a long several days with rehearsal and performances, so I thought that Buddy and Jovie would be good cheerleaders before and during the shoot. It’s amazing how a cute four legged animal can perk everyone up. Enjoy just a couple of my favorite images.

Christmas PJ's and Cousins

This shoot was so much fun. Cousins drove into town for Thanksgiving and everyone jumped into their jammies and we had a blast. Here are two of the cousin pics. So much personality in these.

Kyla - Wylie High School Class of 2022!!!

I have known Kyla since she was a wee little one. She is super sweet, a great athlete, and super easygoing. I had the best time photographing her yesterday, I loved that her Niece, Sister, and Mom were there, too, cheering her on. Sweet memories.

Alaura - Wylie High School Class of 2022

I had the best time with Alaura. She is in Wylie’s first CNA Program and it was just so great to hear about the opportunities and the experiences the students are getting in that program. I loved being with her and her super fun mom yesterday. We had a blast!! I caught this image of Alaura when she was talking to her mom, it is my favorite of the day, but there are so so so many great images.

Joel and Michelle, and their amazing crew.

This group was a joy to photograph. All the kids are kind, sweet and have lots of smiles for me. It was sheer delight photographing this family. Sometimes blessings rain down even more than leaves. It’s apparent when you spend time with this group, they are blessed by each others beautiful hearts.

The Brad and Janelle Benham Crew

This crew, I love them so. These people make my heart happy. Each of the girls is wearing a beautiful dress, which also included an incredible embroidered pinafore, which their Mamaw made for them. I chose the ring around the rosie pic to show, because sisters that dance together are the coolest!!

The McCall Family

This group was so much fun to photograph. Each of the kids kept me laughing and Karla and Andy are such a sweet Mom and Dad. It was a great day to capture lots of smiles, laughs, and amazing Fall colors.

The Rideout Family

I was so blessed to take the Rideout family pics this year! It made me so happy. I love this group so much. There are just so many great pics, individual, individual family, grandkids, couples…but for now I will share with you one of the whole group. Kindness shines from these faces.

Alexandra - Class of 2022 #AHS

Alexandra is the last of three amazing girls in the Shewmaker crew to graduate. All are brilliant, all are freaking hilarious…I mean this with all sincerity. The laughter that happens when Alexandra and her sisters are together is off the charts. I consider Alexandra’s mom a good friend, and have enjoyed their stories of all of their travels, study abroad, living abroad. One thing that happens when your kids have experiences in different cultures is that they have beautiful hearts, they are lovers of people, they see situations as opportunities. That is what being a Shewmaker is about. Alexandra…go and make the world a better place. We are cheering you on.

Happy Birthday!

It was a family celebration to celebrate the Matriarch of the Neill family. I enjoyed being with their group!! Birthday’s are such a sweet time for family to come together.
